Darrel and Stacy with EXP Realty were the best realtors we ever experienced. From the first time we were in contact, when we called them and left a message at night on our arrival without a realtor, they were amazing. They immediately returned our call and agreed to start showing us property the next day. We are very particular individuals and they never failed to meet our requests. Since we were moving from out-of-state, we often provided requests for the actions we could not perform. They never let us down. From providing lists of houses, incorporating our additional houses, scheduling the viewings, making last-minute modifications to accommodate our wishes, showing houses up to 75 miles away, making video tours of houses - they never missed fulfilling a request. Their referrals were endless, for inspections, pest control, surveys, title company, construction contractors, swimming pools, roofers, a seemingly never-ending list.
